Could it be implantation

My period was due in the 13th and it didn't but then this morning i got pink when I wiped song was like ok my period is starting so I put on a pad. Got to work and I felt a little wet down there so I went to the bathroom to check and it was just a little spot of brown I thought nothing of it but all day the same thing after 12 hours of wearing my pad still not much but it's still really light pink when I wipe. My periods are usually on time I don't know what to think so im reaching out to you guys. HELP!!!
