Post partum knee pains
My knees are killing me with the weight I gained with my twin pregnancy. When I get up from the toilet or a chair, it almost feels like my knee is breaking. Im almost 8 weeks pp now. What are other mamas doing? Did you see a chiropractor? I don't think this pain will go away without treating it. Please advise!
