FTM NEEDS ADVICE

I'm 20 weeks pregnant with a baby boy and for the past 2 days I've been having terrible pressure on my vagina and pain shooting through my vagina and towards my bottom. I haven't been spotting. But I have had a weird mucusy discharge. It was a faint brown color. I've called my doctors office and left a message I'm just waiting on a response. I really am getting to the point where I want to just go to the hospital because it hurts to sit up straight, lay down, and even stand up. I couldn't sleep last night. Keep tossing and turning waking up my SO. I just wanna know if anyone else have felt this at such an early part of pregnancy.
