oh the stress!

So I found a new rental house that is $110 cheaper than where I am now, I signed the paper to break my lease and I have to have the extra money to my current landlord by September 15th. NOW my aunt just Texted me and said her current renter is leaving At the end of October and her rent is only $750 a month and she doesn't need a security deposit from me! I would be saving over $400 a month moving there but I don't know how to ask my landlord to let me stay an extra month since I've already signed his paperwork. Ugh 🙄
