colored hair for moms

I'm 19 and having my son in November well he is due November but I've already started premature labor they stopped it but it keeps happening so he may come really early but that's okay. But anyways before I got pregnant I would always have my hair bright red or blue or purple it was just my style i personally have a lot of tattoos (sleeve) and my chest done and back and I have a lot of piercings in my face and I have been told those certain things will make me a bad mother. I feel I should be able to keep my colored hair (after pregnancy) and keep my piercings and not have to cover my tattooes without someone shaming me I feel it doesn't change the way I do anything I already have everything for my son he has all the clothes he will need till he is one has a stock pile of diapers and wipes and creams has plenty of toys has three beds everything. It gets me heated when someone judges me based off of it
