TMI possible yeast infection?

I'm not really sure what it is but I'm 27 weeks pregnant and for the past week my vagina itches. I've been noticing a lot more creamy discharge and it smells.. In my underwear every day itll have a bunch of creamy discharge and around it it looks like something watery poured on it. Like I peed myself a little but I didn't. I've never have any issues like this before and I clean myself properly down there every day. I thought it was cause I've been taking a lot of baths lately.. But now I'm worried.

What is this and what over the counter stuff can I buy to fix it?

Sometimes switching the soap that you bathe with helps to get relief. Try bathing with Dove soap.

It could be a yeast infection, but it's  suggested if you've never had one before to have a doctor diagnose it just to be sure it's nothing serious. Once your familiar with a yeast infection feels like you can just buy the over the counter stuff the next time.
