How did you know labor was coming?

I'm so sleepy, my appetite has definitely decreased, I can finally poop but they're hard (sorry tmi)
He's so low it hurts to walk
How did you know you were going into labor??? Could I be going into labor?

I'm 38+4 right now and I have had no apatite for 2 days and I have felt sick for two days like sore throat , headache , fatigue , my eyes have felt very heavy. And I just don't feel good I feel just sick. And I lost my plug already. I'm 3.5 cm and 75% effaced, and he's low I have lots of pressure on my vag it's crazy. I am not myself at all. I am hoping I go into labor soon because I hate this so much

Well, I was the opposite, I had a big appetite on my due date. I had a ton of energy and was hoping the baby would wait a few more days to come. I had a list of things up do! I was out shopping, did laundry made about 100lbs of shredded chicken for tacos 😂 anyway,  while we were eating dinner that night I told my fiancé I feel like I've been doing splits all day. We went to bed that night and my water broke at 2:30am the next day.

I'm a FTM so idk yet, my coworker told me when she went into labor, she thought she was just having an upset stomach from the Taco Bell she ate earlier that day. So I'd imagine you might feel like you ate some crappy fast food that your tummy didn't agree with.

I know I felt so sick the night before I went into labor I didn't eat anything really. But I lost my mucous plug and started getting contractions around 6 the next morning so that's how I knew for sure
