high fluid?

33wk3day check. Had and us today baby weighs 5lbs 8oz! My fluid is 24 and I'm dilated and having "baby contractions." They had me hooked up to the fetal monitor and the nurse said "let me see if you can leave since you're having baby contractions" what the hell does that mean!!? I had to come back bc the doc is in surgery Friday mornings but it was scheduled for 2:30 but she said to be back by 1245! Worried I'm going to get admitted!
