Prenatal vitamins
I've been taking my same old prenatal vitamins since I found out I was pregnant, I'm literally 12 weeks today & I've been noticing I get very nausea when I take them. Is it okay if I change prenatal vitamins to other ones ? Or since my body and baby is use to the pill I take I shouldn't??
