Hand foot and mouth disease

So I woke up this morning thinking I had chicken pox on the palm of my hand. As the day went on 2 of the spots turned into blistered and I got a spot in my mouth. So I Ieft work early and went to the urgent care. They told me its hand foot and mouth disease. Usually only little kids get it and pretty rare for adults but dr said recently within the past year he's started seeing adults with it. I have a 3 month old daughter who doesn't seem to have it (yet) and dr said if she was 1 month he'd worried but by now she immune system is better and to only worry if she gets it AND she gets a fever. Any moms have any experience with this condition? I really hope my baby or my husband don't get it
