Baby Movement??

Any of you mommas that have had your babes already did you notice them moving a lot before going into labor or maybe the day before??? Bc I think I lost my mucus plug today or some off it it was the snot looking stuff not a lot of it but it had a little bit of an old blood color to it and my baby girl had been moving a lot today! And yesterday I had my membrane stripped!! Any opinions or explanations???
