Update !!

Just got back from urgent care and they did a pelvic exam and urine test, my urine test came back fine but they said I have a yeast infection, BUT I have no discharge or itching, just burning.. he said I looked red down there but I'm wondering if this is correct, I'm really worried, Is it possible to have a yi with no itching or burning? I've had yi before but had horrible itching
