please Help!
Please help me. I've had this rash like thing on my face for about a month now. It was originally painful but it's not anymore and has always been super dry. I've tried every type of moisturizer but nothing helps. It's feels very dry and kind of scaly. There were never any blisters or pimples just a few small bumps. I'm pretty scared so what do you think?
EDIT: I cannot lick it or even reach it with my tongue
