What is wrong with me

Hey everyone I am 21 years old i normally have very regular periods no problems whatsoever in August i had sex on the same day i ovulated and then next period was five days late i tested on the fifth day it was negative i went to the doctor and was told that a blood test could Also say negative because it was so early but i never received a call in regards to the test so i brushed it off so in September my period came two weeks early and lasted a few days then stopped until that next following week so then in October my period again was 5days late and finally came but it was light with clots but no cramps or pain i went to my obgyn and he kept saying my cyst was getting bigger each time i came so in November my period was 2weeks early and was very light and pinkish red  with tons of mucus and went to my obgyn and he kept asking was i taking the birth control which I'm very big on faith and prayer so I prayed before starting them and asked if it's meant for me to take these lord let me take them he gave them to me in October i still haven't took them I'm having horrible lower back pain and pain in my belly button and let abdominal and boobs are heavy and hurt like heck my wife has even noticed and the biggest thing i can't wrap my finger around is my blood sugars are usually high and i haven't been taking my meds so you would think it should be high but i can eat and eat and it will just stay low and won't go up I'm very gassy can't poop that well anymore alot is different about me i feel more weak than normal and i had hip surgery when i was nine years old and I've had the worse pain in that area i mean we have been trying but i gave up in August because after almost a with no luck i figured why try again and my wife agreed i just don't understand why I'm going through all these changes i left want to sleep and eat i can never get enough sleep and please NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS!!!!
