My LO had poos like this when he was a couple months old. My pediatrician said it's normal for them to have "broccoli-like" substances in their poo. But I'm not sure about it being in older babies or not. I can't imagine it would be much of an issue seeing as his diet is still BM. Is there a nurse line you could call and ask?

Maybe not enough hind milk? Poop willturn green if babes aren't on the breast long enough to get hind milk (fhrbfstty milk)
