Not sure what to think.

I'm 6 weeks pregnant.

We have been ttc for two years.

Have had 4 miscarriages.

Been together for 4 years.

We are both in our mid 20s with stable jobs.

We are not married because he won't step up.

I want a baby because I know I can handle it with or without him and I want a child.

It all started because I hate the name he picked and he wasn't willing to compromise and it wasn't a family name.

He said that the only way we could even compromise is if the baby gets his last name and he gets a paternity test.

Why would you try to conceive with someone who you don't trust?

How exactly do you think that it would have your last name when it takes weeks to get the paternity test results in? And it takes months to change a last name.

I realize that he had been cheated on by his two only long term serious girlfriends.

I realize his mother was cheating on his father for 30 years.

But why do I need to be punished for what I didn't do?

Yeah thanks for that. It was all fine until we got past our record longest pregnancy 😒.

The name was his way or the highway. I feel like he was overreacting about a damn name but he took it to an extreme, saying I had absolutely no say in the name because he liked it.

He wasn't controlling until the other night when he said this.
