It depends, hold old is your baby? If he's a newborn, his legs should be bowed open and closer to you.

You look like the same size as me, if u don't  mind me asking what size did u get and style? I ordered a medium and I couldn't even get it over my head! I had the k'tan breeze. Yours looks so much more comfortable

Also her knees should be higher than her bum, I can't tell if you've got that happening. It's called the M sit or froggy legs. But if you do legs in (for so little I recommend) it'll naturally do froggy legs.

Legs in for a newborn I think. Baby will feel more womby that way. Personally I hated the ktan and never felt my baby was supported in it. I'm a moby girl, more steps but custom fit and stretchy. 
The rules are close enough to kiss, her chin off her chest, face showing. There is suffocation hazards if they sink, chip drops,  etc. If you don't feel you can maintain those standards get a different style. If you feel good in it and can maintain those 3 things then it's probably fine.
