Friends with horrible children

How would you handle a situation where your friends children are horrible? I have a friend and her children suck. It's not their fault, she doesn't discipline them. They come to my house and they run around screaming, they climb, jump and run all over my furniture, they hit my dog, they tear my house up pulling stuff out and leaving it everywhere and she just laughs at them like she thinks it's cute. I DO NOT think its cute. I finally yelled at her kid when he was hitting my dog with a foam roller and took it from him because she wasn't doing anything.  I have plenty of friends with kids the same age as hers and none of them act this way. I'm to the point where I don't want to hang out with her because I can't deal with her children. I have other friends who feel the same way about her kids. What would you do in this situation?
