Baby always hungry

My girl is 3 months old and will honestly never stop eating if I didn't take the bottle out of her mouth. I know her stomach can only hold about 4-5oz cause if I give her anymore than that she spits it ALL up (like a volcano). But she cries when I take her bottle out after 5oz and it's time to burp. Usually after she's been on my shoulder and getting her back patted for about a minute she's done crying and she knows she's obviously full. I'm just worried I'm under-feeding her but she eats like this every 3 hours. She's in the 75% for height but 35% for weight and idk if it's cause of the way I'm feeding her or just because it's all going to her height lol
