Could it happen this quickly?

Birth control/period history: I started the pill when I was 14 to regulate. At 18 I decided to get implanon, and I never had a period the whole time I had it. I had to take it out early (this past july) because I was starting to pass clots and my doctor said it was starting to running out. At the end of July I started taking the pill again. And near the end of October I decided to stop taking birth control. (Also my husband has a low sperm count.)

I haven't been on birth control or used any kind of contraceptives with my husband since the end of october. Last week I noticed I was passing thick jelly like mucus discharge. I googled it and passed it off as ovulation since I haven't had a period in almost 3 years due to implanon and starting and then ending the pill.

I was over at my parents house that saturday and my sister made some Cajun spiced fries and the smell of them instantly made me nauseous, and as a food lover and eater I thought that was kinds strange. My boobs have beejn looking fuller, and when my husband and I were having sex today I noticed how sensitive my nipples were.

I'm planning on taking a pregnancy test in a few days just to be sure. Does anyone think its possible I could be pregant? Or is it my body trying to get used to being off birth control?
