need insights!! bleeding from rough sex or implantation?

I had protected sex during the the day I assumed I ovulated, which is the day i observed egg white CM. my partner pulled out way early even with a condom on. It's day 21, we had sex today with a condom and he pulled out very early, but we noticed some slight bleeding during and after sex. I'm still experiencing a little bleeding now (sex in morning, it's night time now). I always test the condom to check if it breaks with water after sex myself. The condoms never breaks. Do you think it's implantation or its just bleeding from rough sex or not enough lubrication? The CM is transparent tinged with bright red blood, something like menstrual blood but without clotting.
