If he wants a paternity test should you have a baby shower with his family there?

Been together for 4 years, ttc for 2, all fine until you got pregnant then he said he'd want a paternity test out of nowhere.

My family is saying don't invite his side because if he thinks it's not his, why would they be invited?

His family is saying because he wants one it means it's not his.

They could give gifts after results are in.

I'd invite them to be respectful but wouldn't plan on them coming. On a side note, his behavior is suspect. Are you sure he's been loyal to you? It sounds like he's projecting his infidelities on to you.

you have nothing to hide, the baby is 100% a part of their family so invite them, if they decline at least you can say it was their choice to miss out once it's proven he's the father.

If it's his invite them. That way once results are in they will feel like a holes if they doubted you. But on the other end of you aren't 100% sure and hoping he is the father that's crappy of u to expect gifts later. Just saying.

It depends on the person.  If you know that the person has questioned the child's paternity, then don't invite that person.  It's a matter of respecting the mother.
