could I be pregnant!!

So I'm 5 days late for my period I have had unprotected sex multiple times (with one guy) this month he cums in me every time, I have done hpts that say negative but I keep getting light pinching type cramping, the need to be sick a lot, headaches/dizziness, turned off most foods, when I touch my boobs they hurt like no tomorrow, i need to go to the toilet a lot more then usual, all I feel like doing most of the time is sleeping. Can someone please tell me if what I'm experiencing is pregnancy symptoms? I have never been pregnant before so I'm not sure and also when is the best time to test?
