Best bc?

I have to change my bc method. I had Mirena and now I have to switch to something else. I'm not sure which one to pick since I loved my Mirena but it started to give me cyts. Does anyone have paragaurd? I'd like to keep the iud unless paragaurd also causes cysts. What are the best pill options?

There isn't really a "best" birth control. Everyone is different. Though the paraguard would probably be a good option for you, since it's non hormonal and I wouldn't think it would make you have any cysts. But I would talk to your doctor about which is best for you! Keep in mind the paragaurd is slightly less effective. It's usually around 99.4% I believe. Where as most others are 99.7-99.9
