TMI PIC.... VERY HEAVY PERIOD

I have been on my period for 13 days and it has not lightened up at all. I can sit on the toilet for 3-5 minutes and it gets like this. I recently had weight loss surgery and am losing weight (I also have PCOS) but it has never been this bad.
