help me!!

I think I have endometriosis 😟 ever since my period ended I have been having mild cramps on & off. But now it hurts when I walk, when I sit, and even when I try to pee it hurts. I'm so constipated & My Lower back is also hurting but nothing hurts like these cramps. Has anyone experienced this before?? I'm waiting for my husband to call me back but I'm stuck at work for the time being ☹️
