celiac disease

Hi all I've just spent God knows how long at my doctors but he thinks I have celiac disease which means I would have an issue with gluten and by that I mean it attacks all the goodness inside of me and makes me poorly for those who don't know. Is there anybody out there that has this disease?? If so can you please give me some advice and also did you manage to have a healthy pregnancy and birth?? Celiac disease can mean that I am infertile also and this has really really destroyed me 😢
