Hello everyone. This is my second pregnancy, I lost my son at 23 weeks due to an incompetent cervix (it's rare, not trying to scare anyone, he is just part of my story) I found out I was pregnant August 11. I thought I was 4 weeks along at the time. Started bleeding at what I thought was 6 weeks, all they saw was an empty gestational sac that measured 5 wks 2 days. Okay...must be earlier than I thought. Went back a week later....empty sac measuring 5 wks 6 days. I was bleeding heavy and red at this point. Was sure I was miscarrying. Went in today to make sure it wasn't an ectopic because I hadn't passed anything....and there was baby. A heartbeat at 109 and measuring 5 wks 6 days (their measurements of the sac were wrong.) So when I thought I was 4 weeks I was actually just a little over 3.
