I need help with my dog!

He will be a year In November, he doesn't listen no matter what we do and he won't potty train. We have tried 4 different trainers, we have tried different types of discipline and we even had to break down and try a shock collar and it doesn't help. I don't know what to do.. I will be 24 weeks pregnant on Thursday and he keeps jumping as hard as he can on my stomach and hurts me
