Had anyone on here used progesterone cream in early pregnancy?

I'm curious if anyone has tried progesterone cream to help prevent early miscarriage?
I've done a lot of research and it seems it can be very helpful. 
Plus I have a lot of symptoms that suggest I'm low.

I conceived through IVF so I used a progesterone vaginal insert for a week or so before my transfer and until I got to 10 weeks after.

No, but my CNM prescribed pills to insert vaginally.  I had 2 previous miscarriages.  I had bloodwork done and numbers were fine without it. So it was just in case.

I went to endocrinologist doctor because i had 5 miscarriages and prometrium suppositories is what they gave me for first trimester and i had my first healthy baby boy:)My second pregnancy happenned so quick i only got a months worth in and i had a healthy baby girl..This time around im at different doctor and hospital but surprisingly im 19 weeks and im still pregnant.
