Need Advice-Should I quit my job?

I'm about three weeks from my due date and I am planning on taking 12 weeks off work. I'm really wanting to quit my job and stay home with my baby, but here is the dilemma.
I currently have medical, optical, and dental insurance through my work. It is pretty good insurance. My husband has his own medical insurance through his employer, but it is not very good coverage. He has no optical or dental. Medical deductible is very high. 
If I quit I'll have to get on his insurance. Is it worth it to lose my good insurance?
Also, I plan to breastfeed. There is no possible way to pump at work upon my return because I work alone from 9am-1pm every day. My co workers come in at 1pm and I work with them until 5pm. I could not lock myself in a room to pump and leave the bldg unattended. I don't want to only breastfeed for three months. 
Is it worth it to quit my job, lose my good insurance, to stay home with baby? Especially, so I can breastfeed. Is good health insurance worth not breastfeeding and not being home with baby? 
Thoughts?
Edit: The bldg I work in is open to the public, so there is no way I can hide in my office and not assist the public when they come in.

Effective March 23, 2010, this federal law requires employers to provide break time and a place for most hourly wage-earning and some salaried employees (nonexempt workers) to express breast milk at work. The law states that employers must provide a "reasonable" amount of time and that they must provide a private space other than a bathroom. They are required to provide this until the employee's baby turns one year old.

Let's start with the most obvious: can you comfortably live on only your husband's income,  with the added expenses of a baby?  The reason I am asking is because the difference in insurance coverage can mean a lot higher medical bills and babies are constantly at the pediatrician.  You don't have to tell us here but please talk to your husband about it and your financial situation. Also it might be worth it to call up both your insurance providers to get a guesstimate of the financial ramifications of switching insurance coverage.

Also I don't know what the enrollment schedule is like for your husband's company is.  But if you aren't newly married (within the last 30 days) or just had a baby,  you usually can't change your insurance plan (from individual to family).  And unless I am mistaken,  the hospital bill for having your baby is split between you and baby.  You don't want to be stuck paying out of pocket for your portion of the hospital stay.  The enrollment period for a lot of companies is in the fall for coverage in the next year,  so now would be a very good time to start looking into it.

Regardless,  I wouldn't quit until after maternity leave.  You really want that better coverage for childbirth. And why turn down the money for maternity leave?

Another thing,  if your husband gets crappy insurance coverage and you end up working,  you might want to look into adding him to your insurance plan to work.  It may come out to be cheaper.

Keep your job because insurance is important, especially with a newborn.
As for breastfeeding and pumping, lock the door to your office and pump. Use a cover it if you still feel uncomfortable.

Don't quit until after your leave is up, keep the insurance as long as you can. And even planning on breastfeeding doesn't always work out that way. No need to make drastic changes. Your work has to accommodate you while breastfeeding so if they have to give your location more hours or opt for closing for 30 minutes mid shift it will have to be done.

It you can qualify for Medicaid for yourself and the baby and still live comfortably on your hubbys salary Then go for it.

Definitely keep your job. Pumping only takes about 15 minutes. Surely someone can help the public while you do that. I mean what happens when you go to the bathroom? It's not like the whole place goes to hell lol
