can't get rid of this cold! 20 weeks pregnant

I have had this for atleast 2 weeks now - chesty cough sore throat stuffy nose ( which is irritating me the most!) as I can't breathe out of It and it's constantly running what can I do to get rid of it! That doesn't involve taking tablets as I refuse to take them just for baby's sake so done with it now 😴😴
