I'm 36 weeks and just curious if this is just a theory or other moms experienced less movement right before or not?

My son kicked loads throughout labour so don't think so. Well not for me.

When I had my daughter, she moved up until I pushed! I was told constantly that she would stop moving while I was in labor, but that wasn't the case. It may be true for some, but not for us!

I'm a tiny frame so the less room he had the less he moved at the end. He didn't stop moving, but he was a bit crammed

I'm sure it depends on the baby, for me personally all I ever felt was hiccups and arm movements. Everyone and then I would see a foot pushed up near my belly button. My son ended up being 22 inches long so it makes total sense he didn't have much room to move. While in labor and even that day I didn't feel anything but I'm sure every baby is different!
