Body is saying I am, but 3 hpt's later says I'm not :/ Confused

Body is saying I am, but 3 hpt's later says I'm not :/ Confused. I am a week late, had a light spotting "period" November 9-11th, frequent urination, indigestion, sore breasts for going on a month. I'll wait another week or so before taking my 4th hpt, if that shows a bfn, then hopefully by then I'll get my insurance cards and get blood and ultrasound tests done. if still bfn from both of those, check for cyst or tumors...I'm 25, a mom of a 2yr old and working on my 2nd child.
