Kidney problem questions :(

I am 24+3 weeks and have been in severe pain and in the hospital with a bad case of hydronephrosis. My question for all you mommies is has anyone ever had a nephrostomy tube placed during pregnancy? And with the possibility of pre-term labour has anyone had a baby born so early survive and be healthy? I am trying to prepare myself for all possibilities...
