Postpartum anxiety help! 😭

Im a ftm had my little girl a week and a half ago. My husband stayed home with me the first week. Now hes back to work and i get so upset him not being home with me. I miss him so much. I also get really upset thinking about having to go back to work and leave my baby girl. I cry for no reason. What can i do 😭
