Can this be IB?

So this cycle I had sex 5-6 days before Ovulation but AF is due tomorrow but I did have sex like 2 days ago and the guy was humongous (penis) but I started bleeding this morning but once I finished Going pee (tmi) my vagina muscle hurt but also when I put a tampon in i took it out 5.5 hours later and absolutely nothing was on it. Could it be IB or from just rough sex even tho it was a couple days ago? Can IB happen the day before AF? And the blood isn't heavy. Cause when I start AF it comes heavy. It's NEVER happened to be before.
