I took plan b on the 4th and had my period yesterday. The day befote my period I had the Same issue. For me it was due to the pill and my period coming.

This usually happens to me the day before my period starts.

As for implantation bleeding, do you have unprotected sex? I never had implantation bleeding during my pregnancy (that I noticed), but I have heard there is some cramping along with it.
