Sinus Problems While Pregnant

Melissa • Thu, Sep 08 • First Glow baby in December 2016, just found out I'm pregnant again and due in March 2019.

My sinuses are going crazy and I feel like my head is going to burst. I'm scared to take medicine, but I couldn't even sleep last night because I was in so much pain. Does anyone know what I can safely take to relieve some of this pressure? Thanks in advance!
