SA test results..

My SO SA results came back.. He has low sperm count & low mobility.. Is there anything he can take that will help his numbers increase?? My dr was screaming IVF.. But I want to try to get his numbers up, and try naturallly. I've been pregnant several times by him, but sadly ended in miscarriages.
