Water leaking. TMI

I think my water may be leaking?

Okay so for the past few days, when i lay down in bed or go to the bathroom I get fluid like stuff that leaks out, I'm not sure if its urine or fluid. But when i lay down it like goes down the crack of my leg and butt crack, but it's not a lot, like not even enough to get through my underwear. And when I go to the bathroom and after I go pee sometimes liquid will just flow out, but it feels different then peeing. And I don't know if I can stop it since it happens so fast. I had a ultrasound about a week ago because I was vomiting blood and the doctor said my fluid level was a 12.5 and normal. But I wasn't leaking then. My wife is in the hospital an I don't wanna worry her with me going to the hospital if nothing is wrong. So does it sound like my water or just discharge? I'm 29W4D. The fluid isn't a lot but enough to be annoying and get my underwear damp but not soaked, and it doesnt get on the matress or chairs.
