Question about period and ovulation after natural misscariage

I did not have a d&c, I misscaried 13 days ago. Bleeding stopped within 2 days. Started back up a week later, hcg still 2000. Lasted for 5 days was like a period, now I k,or you can't have a period with high hcg. So I'm wondering in about 2 weeks when my levels are finally down, ( went down from 16000 to 2000 in these 13 days) will I get another bleed/ period?? Or.... Will my body gear up to ovulate?? I can't imagine how much more lining it needs to shed!!!! I emailed my nurse asking these questions just waiting for a response, what where your ladies experience preferably with s natural misscariage and high hcg levels?
