Last Friday we finally had our BFP A week later my husband walks out on me only saying he no longer loves me hasn't for months and he has to be honest with with himself. What do I do now feel lost can't understand what's happened

He has been with someone else for 3 weeks I'm 5 weeks gone he is moving in with her best part she is on drugs and has had her kids taken off her.
