In my first trimester I couldn't eat it. I could only taste taste the salt. But now I eat it plenty!

Depends on the day, and I usually end up downing some tums anyway.

It's because of the tomato sauce. It's not good to pair with heartburn/acid reflux that comes with pregnancy.

When i was pregnant with my twins i could never eat pizza. No matter where i got it from i had the worst episodes of throwing up i could ever imagine.  Now with this little nugget i crave it and i cant get enough!
