Recently moved....

Okay, so my husband and I recently moved to Colorado from Texas. I would really love to have a baby shower especially since this is our first baby! Unfortunately, most of my family and friends are back in Texas. Maybe it's not as big of a deal as I'm making it seem but I'm constantly getting extremely emotional about not getting to celebrate with my family and friends. Especially my family, I'm trying to stay strong because now my husband and I are making our very own family but I can't help but get sad every now and then. I'm not working at the moment so I really don't step out much which means I really don't even know many people here. Maybe I'm just over reacting, I'm just extremely nostalgic for my crazy family friends and co workers and would have loved to share this moment with them. Especially for when my little princess is born I would have loved to have my mom with me :'-(.
