sex in 2nd trimester

Okay, so I've been wanting to have more sex with SO while we still can, but my body is just not having it. My sex drive is almost inexistent, (sorry if tmi) my vagjnal area is very dry and swollen all of the time. Does anyone know of any tips or tricks to help me out? I hate not being able to have sex. (25w)
