ppd ruining my life

My ppd and anger associated with it has gotten so bad that I am no longer allowed to watch my child on my own or really do any of the child care. My fiancé has taken over all of the work all I do is make the bottles and clean the house. He is so overwhelmed and frustrated that he is cold and distant from me and annoyed at the baby. I feel like I am losing him. He doesn't even want to be in the same room as me for most of the day. I don't get my baby and I'm losing my fiancé. I don't know what to do.
