Please help!

I finish my period like sometime last week. Me and my boyfriend had sex like the normal. I woke up the other day and my nipples are so sore and and my breast are full. I just started cramping but light down low and i feel kinda full like i ate but i haven't and my face is so fat. Why do i feel pregnant? I do have irregular periods. Anyone help.
