is it possible?

2 Leeps and a Cone biopsy performed 13 years ago. Just got my lab work back, all my hormone levels are good and egg reserve. I'm 35 years old, never been pregnant. My husbands blood work came back and semen analysis, super good. So everything is saying it's possible, but this new doctor we are seeing is saying it's not because of the cone biopsy and he's pushing for us to do IUI. He hasn't performed a physical check, just blood work and a crappy follicle look ultrasound. Is it possible to get pregnant if I had those two surgeries done without the help of iui? He said I shouldn't have any CM because of the cone but I beg to differ.
