lactating-not pregnant

So this is my second time having fluid come out of my breasts and I am not pregnant nor have i ever been pregnant. I have endometriosis as well. This is the second time this has happened, the first time was three months ago when I was getting married (they told me it may be induced by stress) now this time it's happening when I just found out we'll be moving into a new house all while I'll be traveling for work. So I'm chalking it up to just being stress again. Has anyone ever had this happen? Last time my prolactin levels came back high but not sure if it's just stress inducing this or something else. I feel like a freak. Please tell me I'm not alone! Oh and it only happens if I squeeze them, i know I'm not supposed to because it can increase the amount of fluid but I just tested them cuz my boobs were hurting mid cycle and i had a feeling that was happening again. Ughhhh
